6X9 Rattle

Hey i have a set of 3 way clarion 6x9s from my truck and i was going to put them in my 6 because my stocks are making a really bad rattle not distorted and its not the back deck. can i take out the speakers and fix this rattle or are the just cheap speakers . one big ? tho will i mess up the sound of the 0f my stock? i have a 10" p2 with a matching rockford amp with the gain really low and the bass on the head unit almost on nothing i hate rattles i just like the deep bump of a sub and still like clear sound can someone help me out i have that monsoon with the amp also were is that amp
