Wet seatbelt?

Here's a new one on me, got in my '06 GTP coupe and the driver side seatbelt was wet, I think it's from down where the retract mechanism is. Anyone have any ideas?

Damn those drain tubes! A little bit of superglue. That's all they needed at the factories! haha

QFT. I pulled my head liner down and sure enough one tube was disconnected. I super glued the tube and stuck it back in. Dry ever since.
