1975 Pontiac Trans AM!

Was this the Bandit's T/A?

A friend of mind still has his T/A, Gold with no mods at all. As stock as he can keep it. Still looks great!

BTW, I don't believe you've been greeted properly, Welcome!

Thanks,
Here's my 75 TA with the 400 Pontiac

The bandits was the 1977 and had the pointed,narrow honeycomb wheels and the molded bumpers.
If I remember correctly it was a T Top and was black with the Gold Eagle on the hood
Here's a Pic of the Bandit's Whip

AH, a 400ci. That's motorhead talk I really understand.

Remember when a car talk sounded like this;
" I got a 454ci w/ dual points, four bolt main, 750 double pumper and a 4 speed turning 4-11 rear end"!
Those were the days!

( I had to get that off of my chest)

One more thing, Snake , are you scanning your pics?

Seems to be a pretty good ride so far,hard to get used to all the computer stuff tho,lights going on by themseves and changing dash light brightness by themseves.
kinda reminds me of my 59 Olds super 88 with the eye on the dash to kick your hdlights down to low beam when another car was coming towards you.
Horse power is 6 HP less than my 88 Mustang GT with the 5 litre HO,and corners about the same,All in all am impressed with the SE.
Funny hearing Double pumper again,had a 6 and a half in the TA with an RV cam, torker intake manifold and headers,first gear on that slushbox was good for 60 mph and I passed a guy at 110 mph in second once,Great ride.
