Loose Radio knobs

I have a new 2009 and had the radio replaced three time. the original radio had knobs that were tight with the inner knob flush with the outer knob/ring. that radio had a bad AM tuner so it was replaced. the replacement radios had inner knobs that did not come out even with the outer knob/ring and the knobs wobbles and does not have a quality feel to it like the original radio. has anybody else experience this.
