Unhappy throttle body unit synchronized?

I replaced my throttle body unit, and the same thing is happening.....engine power reduced & service traction message. Codes read P0121, P0122, P1516, P2101, and P2135. Circuit range/performance, low input, correlation error, and voltage correlation. Autozone told me that the unit is faulty....a local garage told me I have to synchronize the computer and the unit. Any thoughts??
