rear bumper panel

a grandma crunched my rear bumper panel like to take the insurance and change the rear panel myself,letting them paint it and saving the money.i checked youtube but didn't see a how to[i know.i didn't believe it either.]anyone know a link?i want to change the front bumper too to get rid of the tag holders holes.

There is 2 screws under ur trunk and the rest is all snap on, very easy took me about 30mins
