Water problems

I just bought a 2006 G6 coupe GT and have had to fix a few problems. One of the biggest is about an inch of water under the carpet. I thought they were fixed, but keep feeling wetness under all 4 areas of the carpet. The dealer fixed a seal around the passenger door and I connected the 2 front sunroof drain hoses at the bottom of the pillars. Apparently the top of the passenger side was loose as well. More to the point, I can't figure out where the 2 rear hoses come out. I see them in the trunk, but can't find the opening at the end. Any help would be appreciated because I hate having the shop tear my stuff apart and put it back half assed with finger prints all over my headliner
