AEM Cold air intake for 2.4L

I purchased and installed it on the car. Drove around with it on for all of 4 days and now I have to get rid of it. Unfortunately the wife found out and is not happy about me buying it lol. Everything is still like knew except for a ding in it where I dropped it while doing the install. Looking to get $175.00 shipped.

It did throw a lean code as expected. I did not get the tune yet. Was anticipating it til things went south. The draw back and what got me in trouble is that as long as the engine light is on the car automatically ups the pressure in the tranny causing a really hard shift. The tune I assume would correct the problem but wifey won't give me the chance to find out.

The tune does solve all intake related problem. Or decreasing the inside diameter where the MAF is does too.

Sucks you had to get rid of it. But there are other options available out there

Yeah. When I put the stock intake back in I left the res out. Gonna use a k&n drop in and I'm thinking about that hi flow intake tube I inquired on.
