What is this?? help

Alright, i've recently purchased a 2007 G6 GT Sedan and i'm wondering what this is. It really looks to be a microphone, if that's the case how do i use it?

Thanks ahead of time.

Btw, it's located in the front directly behind the rear-view mirror.

Its a microphone friend. Plug a 3.5mm cable from your phone to your radio and it'll work for calls

Work Done:
GTE Stage1, RAIZIN voltage stabilizer, CAI, 18" Driftz wheels wrapped in General G-Max, JET V-Force Plus, Magnaflow exhaust, Eagle Eyes w/ Notto HID conversion, VHT Nightshade taillights 10"JL Audio sub in ported box, CRABS, eibach springs.
[SIZE="3"][B]Near Future Work:, MPD Ram Air Hood, Window Tint, body kit, stealth paint job

i believe the 2009 was the first with the aux on the front of the monsoon.
so it really makes no sense to have the mic? confused...

Its a generic part. Nothing behind it if you dont have Onstar.
If you have Onstar there is a mic behind it.

MODS:
Crab Intakes CAB, MPD Ram Air hood, Custom exhaust,
WAMS High Performance Tune and a whole lot more....

The only GT's that came with dual outs (really a Y exhaust) was the vert.

-Murray- I just checked, and are those the "CG" Brand? All i see are the CG and the Spyders.

-Lampoon- What is this 'vert' you speak of?
