Single exhaust to dual exhaust.

I have a 2007 3.5l and I've been wanting to convert it from stock single pipe exhaust to a dual exhaust set up, what should my first move be?

Can be done starting with this; GM#22712778, which is the rear lower bumper with dual cut outs. Some use the late model Camaro Muffler from Magnaflow which gives you dual in the back but not throughout.
