Matty's 08 G6 progress

So I figured I'd jump on the bandwagon and share what I'm doing with my car as well. So far, not much, but I've got big plans, it's just going to take a while. Thanks for checking it out. Opinions and suggestions are welcome.

1st was the easiest and quickest choice, the debadge.

I'm debating on whether or not I want to take off the arrow or leave it on and paint it black, or leave it until I get the keyhole overlay...any ideas/suggestions?

Irish 'til I die.

Personally, I like the arrowhead. Without it, it looks too bland

Even with blacked out tail lights and a black license plate? Oh, and tint and black rims. I'm going completely black with this car haha.

U can do a black overlay for the red in the arrowhead. Little bit of chrome well break up the monotony...just my opinion tho

Yeah, but that's my debate, keep some chrome, or get rid of it all. And I think I want to get rid of it all and go all black. Just dunno.

Ive just never neen a fan of completely blacked out cars, especially when it came to rims. Unless u keep the tires and rims spotless 24/7 it looks funny.. Maybe black the car out and throw a red/chrome or any colored lip around the rim.

Well if I did that, I think it'd have to be white, because I think any accenting I do is going to be white, at least on the outside of the car. I'm thinking about getting a black and white license plate and I'm blacking out the tail lights and leaving the white reverse part (so just blacking out the red). I dunno though, It's all so much to plan without being able to see it in action haha. Anyone good with Photoshop? Haha.

Garage
1. i wouldnt remove the dart. its a pontiac. rep it. love it. let people know it.
2. black looks great with chrome unlike most of the 6's. i wouldnt dechrome it but i would go adding more. overlays would look like and id keep chrome.
3. get black wheels, with the chrome lip. that is enough to set the wheel off and thats all you need.

you have a beautiful car!

Hahaha thanks man. Maybe I'll wait until I get the tint done and put the overlays on and see how I like it at that point. It'd be a lot easier than repainting all that chrome, that's for sure.
