Headlights

I'm thinking of getting these headlights from Ebay

Ebay.


What do you guys/gals think?

Modifications:
Aftermarket Exhaust system w/chrome tip. (came with car)
Red ZZ Performance Strut Tower Bar.
Pioneer DEH-P5200HD CD Receiver (HD Radio).
Metra 99-3303 adapter and Steering wheel control adapter.
LED bulbs in climate control panel.
Moda MD9 wheels, Falken Ziex ZE 912 tires.

They are basically just stock replacements with the housing painted black. imo they are not worth it, when you can just open your headlights up yourself and paint them.

I forgot to mention that the lenses on my stock headlights are oxidizing. I've had some success with buffing them out with the Meguiars headlight restore kit but it seems to come back every few months.

Modifications:

Well if that's the case and you are fed up of having to buff your headlights, then go for them. One other member bought them. There's also the eagle eyes projectors if your looking for other options aswell. But if you prefer the look of stock then these will work fine for you.

You can wet sand your lens with some 1000-3000 grit paper. work your way up. My buddy has done it with many cars and it works fairly well.

The video below pretty much explains it very well.

It may seem like an undertaking, but if you have nothing to loose and it works out cheaper, I'd say give it a shot. If you do then good luck!

Thanks for the vid, it is really useful, I had some problems with the headlights and this helps a lot.
