Okay so I have ccfl spyders(yes I know they're shitty) I'm am going to get EE's in the future with DDM hid's when I have enough saved up, but for now I'm just looking to get some decent h1 bulbs for my low beams. the standard ones are shitty. I've ordered some Putco h1 8000k bulbs but they're on back order for about 3 months... Does any one have suggestions for a good brand of h1's? Preferably 6000k and up. Thanks.
I was running Nokya Artic 7000k Halogen bulbs for a while, Produced a nice bright white light on the road, though doesn't compare with HID's. Those lasted until I got a new HID kit which was over 6 months at least.
I hear HELLA and PIAA are both good brands to look for.
Here's is pretty much what I got, but for H1:
I wish I had pictures to show how it looked, the light itself really isn't that blue. And looking at the car you hardly notice any bluish color, at least through the stock housing, not sure how it would look on yours.
