3.5l: if leaking there, you can try cinching down a little bit on the bolts that fasten the oil filter adapter to the block & see if it stops. otherwise, replace the gasket.

whether or not you have an adapter depends on which engine you have

|waterfowler76||It's a common problem for our oil fiter adapter to leak. right where it meets the block.|

Crankshaft Seal Or What????
I've had a oil leak for quite some time now. I've changed the crankshaft seal twice and still have a leak. I've done a uv test the first time and found it to be at the crank seal the second I assumed it was the seal, now I'm unsure?
I cant see anything coming from the seal but when I look underneath the car there is oil dripping on the exhaust and running down the oil filter the filter is not leaking Ive checked that but it is coming from around that area somewhere.
Please HELP cause this is
