Drop a 09 motor in stared and ran for couple minutes each time then no crank if I jump terminal s of the relay it turns over but don't appear to fire the injectors has spark checked everything I can think of has 5 volt coming from bcm soon as I turn the key it drops to 3.98 v cleaned all the connections added a extra ground from battery to the body any have any ideas
