So about a month ago I get a check engine light and the diagnostic code for it is p0011 and p0014.
Ive been in and out of mechanic shops swapping out sensors and paying left and right and the light wont stay away.
I've been doing some research and apparently there is an issue with loose camshafts on this model. I cant find anything regarding a recal from Pontiac and Ive been up for 2 hours search-button fighting on all kinds of forums but with no deffinative answer.

If anyone knows about a recall or otherwise please fill me in. I cant tell if the camshafts are loose or not but there is a engine knock every time the CEL comes on which is possibly due to pre-det due to a faulty cam shaft.

any help is greatly appreciated.

A recall is for safety issues only, if it is a TSB, then you pay if out of warranty. Too bad you missed the 5 yr 100 K power train warranty by 1 year.
