Dont know if it would void certain warranties. If it didnt have nothing to do with the exhaust then no.
It does not give you a ridicolous amount of HP if your looking for 50+ you prob wont get it but it does give you a gain of about 10%.
Def worth the money! Looks and sounds really good!
Other mods that you could get is
1. Crabs or K&N CAI (Cold Air Intake)
2. A tune Vectors Motorsports or WAMS
3. Get someone to mess with your heads
Thats just a couple that if you had all three or four that you would def wake your car up with.
