We bought our '08 G6 a couple of weeks ago. Both my wife and I really like the vehicle (we previously owned a mini-van, so this was quite a change for us.) We especially like the power available in the V6 - more than we expected.

Only problem so far is that the seat bolster on the drivers side front bucket seat is very uncomfortable for me. I'm average height 6' 0" and 205 lbs, so I would think the seat should fit someone like me. But it's to the point where I can't drive it more that about a half-hour before it gets too painful to drive. Does anyone have a suggestion about after market seat cushions that would work? I tried the foam wedge cushion but it did not help.

Thanks for your help!

Im 6'03 200lbs.... What is a bolster?
You in a coupe or sedan??
It's the G6 SE 4-dr sedan. By bolsters I just mean where the outboard part of the drivers seat is molded upwards (left and right sides of the seat). I guess it is to support the person when cornering so you don't slide around. That works well, but it seems to cause some discomfort in my left hip area.

Some people have told me I will get used to it after driving the car for awhile. Hope that's true! But if not, I will have to get some kind of after market cushion.

Thanks.
