Why does this have to be such a hassle?

If I replace the stereo, I lose the DIC functions.
It's also a ridiculously expensive harness.

All I want to do is have a stereo I can connect via bluetooth to my phone so I can listen to my Spotify through my speakers while I drive.

Any idea as to what my options might be?

Found a temporary workaround. Apparently my stereo has an aux-in jack. Doesn't get very loud though. Still looking for better solution.
