So, as for reprogrammed, I mean stuff like milage and vehicle identifying stuff. I was told by a friend that I'd need to take it to GM Tech2 station for them to make it register with the car's computer as a valid part and also to set my milage.

In regards to the Red cluster w/DIC, there are two. I have a few different pictures here to show them. But, they are both red and white.

I think all of your red and white clusters are the same. It's just the one you prefer is photographed at night. The silver ring isn't lit, you can almost see it your grainy pic.

Not sure where that all white poverty cluster is from.

Even the white is probably red backlit.

I hear you though. I have a green HHR radio so I could have USB and it pains me to see the clash.
