Well it won't be cheap, but under a grand to fix, minus the rims if you have to buy new ones. Go to Belle Tire, they will be cheaper than dealer. They can get you knock-off rims that are identical, replace your lower control arm, which is bent. It's why your wheel is 2 inches back. You will need a front end alignment and the brakes checked. You may also need some plastic parts that go around the wheel well. They can do this all. Good luck!
You can check with your insurance company, who would cover at least a part of this. Call them and discuss it before you file a claim to see how they will handle it and if your rates would increase (since it wasn't your fault).
I bent a rim and tore out a sidewall on a tree branch a couple of months ago. For my relatively minor damage, it was cheaper for me to eat the whole cost. But that was minor damage.
