I've looked at all the other posts and was just wondering if anyone has used just the aftermarket harness on ebay for like $15 http://cgi.ebay.com/Pontiac-G6-2005...em&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5adabe55f0? I know about the pac to keep the chimes and the metra 99-3303 for the dic but i was wondering if my g6 would work fine if i just got the harness off ebay for $15?

thats what i have, i didnt get it off ebay but that looks like the metra kit without the DIC. you will lose the info on the DIC but the car will still run fine
