So I was taking off my safety sticker yesterday and to get to the front window lower left corner I had to drop my tilt steering wheel to the lowest setting it would go. So the sticker came off and I was on my way down the road....
After parking for about 10 minutes with the car running I was on my way again but going up hill this time...

My car was acting like a slug... gas it and let off the gas and it would automatically stop ??? WTF... so after a long 24 hours in the shop having the car towed in to the GM Dealer and not finding the cause of all 4 brakes locking up after each test they did... they found the cause...

When you drop the tilt steering wheel to the lowest it will go it will put pressure on the brake line ! by about an inch which causes the pressure to have all 4 brakes on all the time. You will have to get them to shim it or something or never put your steering wheel in the lowest setting down.

Just thought I'd share this as I could not find this anywhere on the Net

So, is the issue resolved? Did you drop the steering wheel down to be sure it would do this again?

I can see their explaination plausable but I would have to duplicate it to believe it.

I don't fully understand. What brake line runs through your steering column?
They don't. The pivot point for the steering column is well before the fwd firewall. The only thing I can fathom is a possible electrical issue causing the ABS or TC system to apply brakes. A short of some sort. But take that with a grain of salt because I haven't seen a diagram yet.
