Body parts

Just got into a nasty wreck a couple weeks back, wrecked my front fender, tie bar , and front door. I can get the parts used if need be but I definitely dont know how to remove them. In theory, if I can figure out to remove them, I can get them back on , so would anyone happen to have a write up of how to take these parts off?:

-Front Driverside door-
-Front driverside fender-
-Front Driverside tie bar-
-Front/rear Driverside door shells-

Already have what I need to know about the door panels, so if anyone here could help me out? Its a fair bit of swapping and I know there's a possibility I'd have to get a body shop involved for at least the tie bar... but I'd rather see if it's possible to do these things myself first.
