I have a few (not too deep) scratches located at various places on the car. Being drunk and trying to unlock your car, not a good idea to miss! Anyways, what's the best method to take care of and eliminate these scratches?

The remote would definitely be nice, however, paying the dealership a bill to program is'nt worth it to me atm.

The Quixx does look like a viable option, I may just try that out, thanks for the suggestions!

And just for the record, drinking and driving is not a habbit of mine. As drinking is hardly a habbit for me, lol.

When applying the fingernail technique you can just barely feel into it, very slight scratch.

i work at a body shop.

when they paint the car first they put a few coats of paint on the body and then clear. so it's not one layer. if you scratched it hard enough to get all the way through the clear coat down to the paint then you probably want to get it painted.......

Where should I get this done? dealership or local body shop or neither?
