I have a 2006 G6 sedan 2.4 L, I got it for a great price when it first came out and ever since then it has grown on me. It's paid for so I can make all the mods I like. Can I put perhaps the 3500 V6 engine in?

Cheaper to trade that in on one that does have it.

You would need a new transmission, the engine, and all the wiring, plus the ECU. It would be a lot of work, and wouldn't really be worth it in the long run. The V6 is only about 1K more in my area, so unless you could do all that for less than $1,000... Not really worth it.

The trade is most likely the better way to go. The GT or GTP or EVEN the GXP all have larger chrome wheels and leather. GO for the trade
