Has anybody taken their radio out and fixed there cd player so it works again? I would love to keep the original radio but don't want to take to dealer to fix? any help would be great.
it is a 2006 g6 3.5L

There are eBay vendors that repair these radios and players. I'm sure you can even get a working or rebuilt replacement that's already unlocked. I once bought a used 6 CD changer from another forum member and unlocked it myself with a compatible scanner. There are YouTube videos on how to remove the radios.
