My friend has 20 inch rims she is trying to use with new tires. Didn't like the roughness of the low profile tires. 116k and struts and shocks are worn but no listing above 18" recommended. Any solution to run these 20s. 2007 g6 with 5.3l

20" tires (if you could make them fit) will be ultra-low profile and will make the ride much rougher than 18" tires. You're going in the wrong direction. Try 17".
