I have an '08 G6 that was involved in a small front end collision. There is a little body damage on the grill, but the radiator seems fine. The larger one of the cooling fans was bent and does not move (it appears it is only the plastic framework that was damaged and bent, the fan and motor seem to be in shape). The smaller fan moves freely when I do so with my hand before starting the engine. The engine heats up very quickly, but never goes above the normal operating temperature from before the accident. Is this something I can manually fix without replacing the fans, and do you think this is safe for the engine to be driving (there is no leaking of coolant or radiator damage).

Well do the fans work when the car gets up to temp? If not I would not suggest driving without the fans working correctly. It would be pretty hard to try making plastic straight again. Could try using zip ties to something but like anything else like say a boat prop if the blades aren't straight will cause vibration and wobble that could case the fan to detach causing other damage.
