Crab Intakes?

i just installed the Opt. 3 and FPU about 6 days ago. Huge difference. No "hum," only a louder purr/suck noise when stepping on the gas. Extremely worth the $360. My MPG's have already shot up on my automatic readout by 1.6+(only been 6 days). The FPU is three separate pipes with all fasteners. The FPU allows a better flow and not to mention it just looks bad-ass.

I really want a good deal though...

But one day I may have this system. I'm debating to do CRAB intake or the GT-R exhaust. I wish I could do both. How much did everyone pay for the GT-R exhaust with shipping and etc? (I know I get a $100 discount for being on forums of g6performance.com)

you would get more out of the exhaust, speaking in better performance terms, but the intake not only gave me better mpg, looks, and sound, it also lowered my temp gauge by 5-10 degrees. That's tough to do in texas during the summer!

yeah they'll be more than happy to quote you a shipping cost. it cost me about 100.00 to ship to Vegas.

I made up my mind. Tomorrow I'm going to order the CRAB intake and GT-R exhaust. It better be worth it! I can't take my stock G6 anymore.

I installed mine yesterday as well (Opt 3 w/ FPU), Lampoon was awesome and got to the UPS store in the nick of time on thursday to NDA it to me. I absolutely love it - worth every penny and I don't part with my money easily

Mine is on the way! I'll get it after the 4th but it doesn't matter. Just wait until I have this and the exhaust. I have some major updates for everyone to see! I'm SIKED!

Not really sure where to ask this question but here goes.I have been looking on line at Jet Performance chips and as I don,t have anywhere in Canada to send my computor for programming,would this be an option for me.Does anyone out there have any experience with the Jet chip?

Westers is in Alberta and they have been tuning G6's for quite awhile.

A search will yield very bad results with the jet. I think there is even a sticky in this folder about it.

best investment in my car so far, the engine sounds so nice. i also noticed a much quicker throttle response and the shift shock is pretty much gone which i didnt know would happen with the CRABs, but i am pleasantly surprised by it.
