Driver's Information Center Question for aftermarket stereo

I want to put in a Double DIN stereo in my G6, and was wondering if there is a way to retain the Driver's Information Center for it. I know there are ones for single DIN. Any ideas?

you would have to fabricate something using the single din aftermarket DIC... I know a guy who put his DIC in the glove, just a thought
