Hi all! I could really use your help.

I have a 2007 G6 with 125K. for the last month or so I have replace all rotors, pads and calipers. Plus the 2 break valves in front. The problem is that the more I drive the car and use the break...the break petal gets hard and the breaks don't release. So I'm basically trying to drive to work with my breaks on. My commute is very "hilly" so my engine is working like a dog. Out of frustration I replaced the calipers again over the weekend, no change.

Any ideas of what this might be??? I'm out of ideas

I am sure you already thought of this, but checking the glide pins are properly greased and free to move. The hard pedal could be indicative of a bad caliper (which you have replaced, so unlikely), bad master cylinder or ABS system issue. I do not have the experience to offer more. There are other threads mentioning these issues that may help.

Good luck.
