reviving this thread! can anyone tell me if the dustcover from the stock lights will fit on eagle eyes? i don't see the sense of drilling two dust covers when i can sell the stockers with untampered covers...thanks

My stock dust covers fit fine, I was in the same boat as you, already had drilled into them for HIDs. But it wasn't perfect, it was a lot tighter.

when you guys are puttin your hids in are you gettin 35wat or 55 wat?

Sounds like most do 35W. I did 55.
