I got my DIY tint film in the mail today all the way from Europe!

It's a company called FlyEyes Tint. A member from Forever Pontiac posted a link to a YouTube Video:

Now I thought it was a genius idea so I tried it out and it was WELL worth the $22 I paid!

Here are the pics:

I even have enough left over to do the 3rd tail light 2 more times! These guys rock!

I def recommend it!

Wow those look real sharp! I may have to copy and purchase some here soon myself. Anyone who has used these vs the VHT have a recommendation of one over the other?
--Edit --
BTW what shade did you all get? Debating on the Black (dark) or the smoked gray color
I decided to go for the lighter color tint myself, I have the stock 09 lights so once I get them put on I will post pics. Says something about a week or so before they even have the product ready tho
I finally got mine in today! I will try to get them put on tomorrow, they come in a roll like a poster so I am letting them flatten back out for a day

Woo hoo! Finally got them on, and really didnt need to let them sit an extra day, came out of the package perfect. Cleaned them down, got them on without issue. the video says 3 minutes per tail light, maybe for the pro. All in all, from cleaning, applying and using a hair dryer was about 20 minutes per tail light - in my opinion this would be considered a 'quckie' haha. Enough rambling, pictures

Oh, and be careful when your 'stretching' - if you pull too hard it rips reeeeal easy...

haha - yeah, already thought about that - ebay to the rescue! my fear, I get one attempt because the flyeyes itself doesnt look like it will be very forgiving. I was going to cover them up by the tint, but it looked pretty tacky. Thanks for the kind words tho, its growing on me!
I went with the black tint but the lighter of the two
