have an 07 g6, 4 cyl. with 42,000 miles. have had it to the dealership 7 times(yep I said 7!) for what sounds like a suspension noise. When the temp. outside drops, the front end sounds like its coming apart! Don't hear it in the summer. sounds like something bobbling off the firewall or floor. Really prevalent at around 20 m.p.h going down the street. Does it whether under acceleration or not, whether i'm breaking or not. They've replaced the intermediate steering shaft twice, steering coulmn twice, both strut assemblies including strut cap bearing assembly, both half shafts, sway bar assembly, etc. Every suspension component on this car basically has been replaced. I still say its NOT a suspension issue, but rather a body issue. Only happens when it gets cold (winter time). since I live in w. penna., it gets cold!! doesn't appear to be anything lose in the engine bay. any suggestions other than selling this piece on junk???
