I have a pontiac g6 gt 2005 with a radio problem. I just bought it and the radio only works after I jumpstart it after the battery died completely (I didn't drive it for a while thats why it died) I don't know if it's a wiring problem or an amp problem. The radio stops working after I turn it and the car off for more than a minute please help

Is it the factory radio or has someone replaced it? If it is an after market radio I would take a look at how they wired it. The G6 radio wiring harness does not have a switched power source that I am aware of. I had to take the ignition power using a vampire tap from the sunroof fuse on the BCM
