I nearly ready to purchase a 2006 G6 GTP. The car is not used, but is not new either. It as a GM Program Car and has abour 675 miles. The salesman doesn't really seem to know if the car qualifies fdor incentives/GMS, etc.

Can anyone tell me how GM views it's program cars? Do they qualify as new and get all new car incentives?
