So I'm on 10 mile going east. I am in no hurry during lunch. I go to stop for a yellow on the corner of Ryan road and I look in the mirror and this 18 wheeler is locked up trying to stop. I am already stopped, so I floor it. He nails me just as I start moving. Rear fascia, trunk popped up but did not damage it, side panels were blown out a little. The guy was either occupied doing something or thought I would blow the yellow and fly thru the red light like they always do....I took it to Ed Rinke to get fixed. Just enough damage to to blow the fascia off...$2800.00 to fix....

Nobody got hurt. In MI we have No-Fault insurance, so I made a claim but his insurance pays my deductible. Got a free loaner from Rinke.
