Great explanationFirst off, i don't know what company or website you bought it off from. I know there is a sticker for No HID allowed. Let me explain it for future confusion. These headlights are made oversea, is illegal to have HID in oversea countries. Plus they are using 50W instead of the one we special made 35W, thats why the sticker is needed for oversea countries for their DOT issues. We sold a lot of those in the first group buy and never had any problem. If i was the company who sold you the headlight, i will fully refund the amount for that. Just talk to them and resolve the case, good luck man!

How long would this whole process take. I didnt plan on getting them until the end of winter. if enough peeps go through with it then that deal cant be passed up.

once we got 15 people, and i will be collecting payment from members, once i got all payments, item will be shipped with tracking number. I will be out for Sema show in Vegas from Nov 1st to 5th. i will probably end this before that so Oct 31st is the last day for payment in group buy, i will only honor the price until Oct 31st which is the Halloween Day!! Get more people in quick so you guys can enjoy the light before Halloween time! This is a commitment guys, if one or two people interested but end up didn't pay. By the end of Oct 31th if i didn't received 15 payments, payments will be fully refund to customer and group buy will still end at the same time. I think it is pretty fair to me, or maybe price will be not as deep as 15 buyers. We will see, let me know what you guys think!

Ray, is there anyway we can go through with this buy with a few less than 15 buyers just with a smaller discount or does it have to be at least 15?
i really want to do this for you guys. But in fact, group buy is a group buy, you got to understand my boss gave me permission to sell this with a discount price only if i got 15 or more orders, if not then he can just sell it at a discount price one by one online right?

Condering two people are on the edge and there are plenty of other people on the forums. We should easily get 15 people assuming everyone makes their payment.

Ray, Lampoon wants to know if you can ship his lights unsealed so he doesnt have to do it because he wants to color match his and seal them. he would buy if you could.
