I know this topic is all around but before I spend all of this money I want to make sure this is corect. Is this all you need to install properly?

You will need the correct fit kit for a double din radio. The one was meant only for single din or two single dins, not double.

You will need an antenna adapter.

The wiring harness, which one depends on if you have an amplified system or not.

Metra stuff is a bit pricey but good. American International brand is every bit as good as metra and usually 50-75% of the price...

Those 2 things from Metra are exactly what you need to install that receiver. The only thing extra i would suggest is an antenna adapter.
