Anything older than an 07 I would say "Battery".

either a battery or you just have a trouble code that you need to clear with a scan tool. i've seen cars get shut down by a trouble code because of using a copy of the actual key, so it's definitely not out of the question if the radio said service air bag.

Try jumping it, if it works, then you know its your battery. Otherwise, i'd get it towed to the dealer.
