Have not looked at mine yet but i would say start with a nice clean deep pan under the hose to catch the coolant. Of coarse do this with the engine cold. Let it drain awhile and when it stops swap out the hoses. You can either replenish the system using what you drained or add new. If you want to switch from Dexcool to green coolant this might be good time to start. Have heard green stuff mixes with Dexcool okay if you don't get it all otherwise you would have to flush the whole system.
Also make sure the new hose looks like the one you will be replacing. Those auto part guys are not perfect.
I have a 2006 g6 gtp and I want to completely replace the transmission. I'm usually a visual learner and I cant find any videos online on how to neather can I find a good step by step description on how to replace the transmission. Can anyone help me out?
