Still haven't heard anything back about the group buy yet? You should email them again or a couple of them could email them to show interest

What about a deal on the bar and the mmi's? Anyone who orders both gets more money off?! :D
What kind of job is it to install those motor mounts?

So for those who have a strut bar, how effective is this, how much of a difference

I love my stb. You can definitely feel a difference going around sharp turns, going on/off ramps.

Racingline STB in the mail. Can't wait! Anyone tried a rear STB?
There really isn't a rear strut bar. There's really no way to install one. Unless you remove the studs and put your own bolts in and make a bar.
It would just be a rear sway bar. But you can DIY one by putting a bar across the back inside of your trunk. I saw it on YouTube. Search poormanmods and there's all kinds of crazy diy stuff these guys did.

Thanks for the info. Yeah I wasn't thinking about no strut towers in the rear on the 6. I must have been thinking about my 98 GP at the time.
I'm sure there's a way to fab and install a rear tower bar. A larger rear sway bar will make a huge difference in cornering for our cars. It's too bad you can't even swap the rear endlinks for adjustable ones.
Any info on specific aftermarket sway bars or bars from other model cars?
One of the vendors over on g6p is going to start trying to design and fabricate a larger rear sway bar I think. There was an interest thread started I think. I believe it was racingline who also makes the STB for under the hood. As far as rear interchangeable parts idk of any the only front strut bar which you can get off a Malibu maxx. It's just a gm performance strut tower "brace". It's actually what I have.

How does the strut bar from the Malibu maxx fit? Does it work as well? Does it jack up the hood liner?
