I can’t find instructions or a installation video anywhere for iSimple ISGM573 Gateway due to the part not being made anymore. But I need to install it and I heard there’s something that needs to be left unplugged or something like that.

I have the PXAMG PGHGM3 by iSimple for an iPod/Aux... it should be the same or similar setup.
Here is the way I ran my wires and it worked...

Two pink wires come off the pigtail plugged into the box.

The one with a black stripe goes up to this plug and plugs into the one with a black stripe - leaving the solid pink female connector unplugged.

Now the solid pink coming from the gateway gets plugged into the other connector but into the one with a black stripe - leaving the solid pink male unplugged.
