Hello all,

I really need help. I've locked my keys in the trunk of my 2005 Pontiac G6. Of course the easy solution would be to hit the trunk button on the driver side door but that stopped working about 3 months ago. When I hit the button, I can hear a click in the trunk but it wont open. I called a locksmith but was told that they cant slim jim the trunk and that they would have to drill the lock on the trunk, rendering the lock unusable and I'd have to get it fixed. Please give me any suggestions you have on other ways to get in the trunk, I'm at my wits end!

if you can make it to a gm dealership, just have them cut you a new key with your VIN. other than that, idk.

I guess you only have one set of keys?? hhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

have someone hit that button WHILE you are pulling up on it.
If you are hearing the latch it may be that it relatches. Maybe you can
catch it while its open....??

No other remote eh?
