Why not just buy the 3302 metra kit?

You can't use that kit with a double-din receiver. It's made to fill in the whole area where the stock radio is.

And the 3303 kit is the one with the DIC controls, not the 3302, if that's what you mean.

because i would lose the driver info, which is something i want and wont trade out for navi, that in reality i dont really need because i no how to get where im going for the most part

Actually the 99-3303 lets you keep the driver info functionality.
