Menu Panel Controls - some stopped working? huh? help!

Hey guys,

The Menu, Info, and Enter buttons on the left of my center console have stopped working for some reason. They don't do anything. All the others work.

Anything like this have ever happened to anyone?
Any ideas what to look for / how to fix? Maybe a fuse? or those have nothing to do with it?
