Mp3 Player in 2007 G6

Hi there,

I recently bought a 2007 G6 V6/SE with the stock radio (no cd changer but it's xm ready).
I would like to be able to connect a mp3 player (not an ipod) to the radio.

I don't want to lose the computer (avg speed, remaining miles, etc.), so I guess replacing the radio is not an option.
I don't want to use an FM transmitter.

What can you recommend to do?

i was wondering the same thing.. and pretty much came to the conclusion that after talking to some guys at the dealer, that if i want a aux jack added, best thing would just be getting a new head unit altogether and just lose all the temp, mileage, etc options on it unless you feel like paying a minimum of 400-600 dollars on one of the newer 08 g6 head units.

I'm real stuck, i find the temp gauge and trip mileage especially helpful but not having an aux jack kills me.. my FM transmitter is terrible as they all are unless you use it when your not moving around..
