There just painted wheels. Was gonna get them sand blasted and PCd, But to be honest I hope to sell my 6er. Just want to get something that has more aftermarket support. (sigh)

hmm i still think 5% tint all the way around could really murder it out. Then your statement will apply

Oh well i really like them its what I want to do to mine because I like the rims just wish they were black. How hard was it?

Not hard at all. Just prep prep prep and take your time. It took me all day to do all 4 rims.

Say, I was toying with the idea of blackening out the chrome strip on the tops of my doors too. Wondering how you did yours or is that factory? Some people use that vinyl tape stuff. Any suggestions?

I took them off (which is only attached by one phillips head screw inside the door) and taped off what I didnt want painted and went to town. Easy cheesy.
