Where would I be able to purchase the plastic piece that attaches to the back of a modern G6 bucket seat? The piece has the following markings.

Thanks for the speedy reply. My seats are black, so I'm assuming that I would be going with the ebony, right (the back is like a dark grey)?

yeah i think your right mine are the same color and my interior color is ebony.

These seats came in my '68 Dodge Dart and were installed by the prior owner. Any way of telling if they have the side air bags?

Do you see a airbag behind the plastic? if not or not marked with air bag or wiring hanging out of the seat. then you don't have them

just curiosity, were the two clips at the top of the plastic panel sheared off?

When I got mine back from the shop after they fixed the seat, both of those clips were broken off.

One of the them was broken and one of the lower brackets was broken too. When you are referring to the clip, I'm assuming you are talking about the part that's molded to the seat back that the white "push pin" clips on to.
